Airport code is MKK or Molokai.  It is called Hoolehua. Maui is OGG. Oahu is HNL. 

Flights are 20+ minutes from Honolulu or Maui. 

Island Air usually charges $25 each way for surfboards, please confirm their fees and maximum size (has been up to 8').

Ferry:

The ferry runs between Maui and Molokai daily and takes approximately 90 minutes.  A small fee applies for surfboards or other oversized luggage.
