Cancellation Policy: 1.  All balances are due at booking unless otherwise negotiated.

2.  Once balance is paid in full, a refund is only available if those nights can be re-rented.  Every effort to re-rent those nights will be made.

3.  If a full re-renting of those nights is made, a $100 cancellation and bookkeeping fee will be retained.  All other funds will be returned.
